“Where I’m From”

        I’m from chewy, buttery mashed potatoes, from crunchy, creamy chocolate oreos and green vegetable salads.

        I’m from fires crackling in the fireplace, from delicious fried eggs, and smelly fish cooking on the kitchen stove.

        I’m from souvenirs sitting in my room, from the mysterious and exciting books, and colorful covers on my bed.

        I’m from the happy moments at Kings Island, from relaxed times at Shillito Park, and excited moments at Chuck E. Cheese.
