Fire Prevention Week

The Lexington Fire Department visited Picadome during Fire Prevention Week. The kindergarten students learned all about a fireman's job. They were allowed to sit in the cab of the fire truck. A fireman dressed in his full fire fighting clothing to show the children how much protective gear he has to wear to fight a fire. The children enjoyed the visit.
